Disliked: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The room, beds and furniture were old and in poor condition, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations. The bathroom was very old and in unpleasant condition. Although the listing mentions a private bathroom, the bathroom is actually located in the corridor and shared with guests from other rooms. This is misleading and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the airport is not a 15-minute walk away as advertised, but approximately 25–30 minutes on foot. I would not recommend this accommodation. The conditions do not match the description, and I would not stay here again.

Liked: It was close to BGY Airport, so I could walk (about 20 minutes) there after my flight landed around midnight. Self check-in was easy, and the room was spacious and clean. The house had a lovely classic Italian feel, and tea, coffee, and a simple breakfast were provided.

Disliked: Because it was so close to the airport, the planes kept waking me up, even with earplugs. It seemed there was a period overnight when no planes flew, which gave me a quiet window to get a few hours of sleep.

  Convenient location, easy access

Liked: Location close to the airport, easy access 24/7, AC, a charming building, kettle in the room, the host let us check in early.

Disliked: There was no hot water, it alternated between cool and lukewarm. The breakfast was just a few pre-packaged items like a crosssint, it wasn't a problem but it's not a proper breakfast.
