  Overall, the accommodation lacked comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Based on our experience, we would not recommend it

  Liked: The host was easy to reach and responsive to our messages.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or restful stay. For sightseeing, we found the location too far from the centre, particularly as we were travelling without a car. We stayed in room 3, where sound insulation was extremely poor. From around 7 am, we could clearly hear loud conversations, arguments and children in the apartment below. The windows also faced a busy road, adding traffic noise. The sitting area had a sofa but no table or chairs, which made it impractical. In the separate bedroom, the bed creaked loudly and the mattress was uncomfortable, particularly for my husband, who found it far too soft. There was only one shared bed cover and no warmer blanket available. With the cooler autumn weather, we were cold at night.

  Great times in Bergsmo

  Liked: Room is so nice and cosy.All extras available.Air conditioner make job.Very clean.Great location.Martina is like part of family for you she do everything to.make you comfortable in room.Highly recommended.

  Liked: The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood about 10 walkable minutes from the center. With local cafes and a supermarket in close proximity. The room was clean and comfortable and thumbs up to the kettle and mini fridge. And the host your English was a thousand times better than my Italian.

  Disliked: Can't do anything about the weather.

  Quiet Location, Comfy Room, Great Host

  Liked: Good Location, near to the supermarket, bus stop and just 20 min walk to the Citta Alta. Marti is a great host... she is very helpful and attentive. The room is quite, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

  Liked: Everything was wonderful! We asked for an extra set of bed linen, and a staff member brought it to us very quickly. The staff were all very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay! What impressed me the most was how incredibly clean the bed linen and towels were. They were so perfectly white that I was genuinely amazed! Thank you once again for a wonderful stay in Bergamo. We truly appreciated your hospitality!
