  Great location and very nice host!!!

  Liked: Andre was very nice, approachable and available anytime we need help, specially when we asked to be collected from the airport. He provided extra single bed for my son, which made our sleep more comfortable. For what we paid it definitely meet our expectations.

  Disliked: The place needs renovation, but the location is good and also the atmosphere is quite vintage.

  Very atmospheric palazzo on a street continuation of famous Via Pignolo!

  Liked: Historic charming building, address is Via Borgo Palazzo number 3, 2nd floor, you get keys from Andre. Good sized room, useful kitchen, supermarket PAM across the street. Clean shared 2 bathrooms - no problem. Creaky bed, but comfortable. We are very satisfied, thank you!

  Disliked: Changing the pillows would add great quality - I saw good pillows in Bergamo, 2 pack bundle for 10 euro on offers!

  Liked: The location of the accommodation is in a great spot and within walkable distance to everything in the city. The host was also very responsive whenever we reached out with issues.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our stay. There are only two bathrooms shared among quite a few guests, and since the toilets are inside the bathrooms, we had to wait over an hour to use them for the first couple of days. The shared areas and bathrooms need much more frequent cleaning-especially the shower (see photos) and the kitchen sink. There were dirty dishes from other guests that were there for about four days. The property generally needs better maintenance. Additionally, it was hot during our visit to Bergamo, and the fan in the room was not sufficient. Last but not least the mattresses we had were loud and creaky. With the slightest movement the sound from them woke up everyone. So I highly recommend earplugs:)

  Liked: been multiple years in a row now, its a lovely beautiful well priced stay and is in a great location for being into the central district of the city, alto, etc
