  Liked: The location is great, the room is comfortable and everything needed is provided and the host was nice

  Best stay

  Liked: Simone was excellent with communication, sending clear and easy to understand instuctions of how to access the property and how to check in. Simone provided options and clear information about how to get to the property. When I informed him that my flight was delayed, he said it was not a problem and he would still be available to do the video call as required by law. ( this ended up being nearly 1am). The apartment was excellent with everything you needed. The lovely touchs of 2 bottles of water in the fridge, some fruit and tea bags next to the kettle, ment so much to me after my flight was delayed by 2 hrs and I arrived at nearly 1am. I would definity recommend and will be back to stay.

  Highly recommended!

  Liked: Very good location! Very convenient for getting around Bergamo and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easy check-in/check-out process. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful host – thank you so much, Simone! Good value for money.

  A place you want to come back to!

  Liked: Fantastic service, room cleaning (it was spotless every day) and a very friendly and helpful owner. Simone also prepared a little gift (%) for us to mark my birthday (which I hadn’t mentioned, and it really made a huge impression on me!). Next time I’m in Bergamo, I’ll definitely be popping in to see Simone again:)

  Liked: The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained.

  Disliked: The hosts' behavior was absolutely unbelievable! From demanding we take photos holding our own ID cards to wanting us to make a video call when we arrived at the accommodation. Basically, we were treated almost like illegal immigrants! And on top of that, they said it was required by law. A complete lie! We spent two weeks traveling all over northern Italy and were always treated well and never faced these ridiculous demands. Furthermore, the room that was provided to us was infested with mosquitoes.

  A nice place to stay in Bergamo

  Liked: Within walking distance of old town and centre of town Breakfast supplies in the fridge and in the room were convenient and tasty Welcome bottle of Prosecco was appreciated Air conditioning was excellent in the hot weather as was the cold water in the fridge
