  Bergamo Gem

  Liked: Beautiful accommodation in the centre of Bergamo. Comfy, spacious and had everything we needed. The owners met us on arrival and provided great communication throughout. The bed was extremely comfy!

  Great place in Citta Alta

  Liked: Great accomodation in the historic center of Bergamo. Host was very helpful and informative. Nicely furnished room with everything you need, even with a coffee machine. Would go again 😊

  Disliked: The floor could use a better mopping, socks were dirty from the floor.

  Liked: The location is absolutely perfect for our stay. The staffs also reach out for us before arrival, giving suggestions and coupons for nearby bistro and supermarket. We also get a little bit late checking-out with beforehand notice. So highly recommend!

  Disliked: I would give 10/10 if the apartment has some balkong/better windown view considering the paid price. Also, interior and furniture are more worn-off than in pictures ( which I have already prepared for).

  Great apartment close to everything

  Liked: Great communication with the host. They provided parking inside the old town really close to the apartment. Met us and showed us the apartment. They also provided recommendations to nice restaurants that we tried, and loved, while in town.

  beautiful, cozy apartment in the heart of upper town

  Liked: The apartment is beautiful indeed, the location is great, in the heart of upper town. We were very close to everything of interest and we appreciated the informations provided and the recommandations. Also, the appartment was ready earlier so we enjoyed an early check-in. The building feels historical, we found the small gate very funny.

  Disliked: the toilet paper rolls were very small and finished very quick. we could’ve asked for more (we didn’t), but it was a weekend and it was easier for us to just buy some extra. Maybe you could just stack it from the beginning in the bathroom’s drawer? also - there is a problem with the shower’s insulation in one corner so the water leaked under the door till the hallway. A real coffee machine would be a much appreciated addition. And maybe check-out at 11? it felt very early to leave at 10. These are not real issues, we truly enjoyed our stay - those are merely suggestions for improvement. Thank you for having us 🤍.
