  Liked: We have done quite a bit of travelling recently, and this one of our favourite stays!! The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again!

  Great room, but needs some essential maintenance

  Liked: The property was, in principle, great. The location was good, the pictures matched reality and the room was quite big

  Disliked: However, there was a big but. The window of my room wouldnt close. Not only that I had a shared balcony with the room next, so the neighbours could have entered at any time, but I wasnt able to close it at night either. Tons of bugs entered every time, no matter how I tried to cover it. Last night I even got bitten by what I believe was a spider, which caused me an allergic reaction on the hand, which is all swollen now. I tried to look for a person in the property to report my priblem, but no one was ever there. Everything was managed by a somewhat confusing app, ehich did not include the option to contact anyone. Plus if I am there for visit or work, I dont want to go through much hassle to fix something on a room of a hotel. There were other points, like having a washing machine but no products to actually be able to use it. If fixed, the stay would have been perfect. But because of it, joined with some bad luck of having a spider but me, I could not enjoy mine.

  Way better than expected

  Liked: The apartment was way nicer than expected. It had a great view of the citta Alta and was a very decent sized balcony. The room was completely dark at night and very brighten the day. The AC was perfect and the room was very clean with very comfortable bed.

  Definitely recommend this hotel!

  Liked: Very clean, with daily housekeeping. Our recently renovated room was fresh, comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent mattress and a very comfortable stay overall.
