good location, but the room was tiny, poorly equipped and very impractical. Disappointing for the price

Liked: Comfortable beds and good location

Disliked: Complicated online check-in and a very impersonal experience. Room was tiny and impractical, with hardly any hooks or storage. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Disappointing for this price

Great stay with easy transport to Bergamo Airport

Liked: Great Hotel/Rooms in close proximity to Bergamo Airport. The local Town was good too with some nice Bars and Restaurants to go to!

Disliked: The "modern" opening of the doors is all good and well but it didn't work on the actual room door so had to call someone and ended up getting a Normal Key from a Lock Box!!!

  Not recommended

  Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Self check-in rooms are great if they work seamlessly. Unfortunately that’s not the case at Le Muraine. The guide you receive before arrival doesn’t fit the actual set up at the hotel. Front door works fine but room door doesn’t have the digital locks introduced in the mail. It’s just a regular key lock with a manual code which wasn’t submitted. You have to try to reach someone in charge at the hotel which is a nightmare. Hours later it turns out the code for the key box is the room number. So if you manage to enter the front door you have access to every key box for every single room. Yay. Doesn’t feel safe to me. Apart from this episode our room wasn’t great. Uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. Dusty corners in the bathroom and hair from previous customers. After 2 minutes in the shower the floor was flooded due to terrible design and a logged drain.
