  Nice spa but service was terrible

  Liked: We loved the spa and the cleanliness

  Disliked: Bed had a dip in the middle would have preferred a double rather than 2 singles pushed together. We didn’t get offered a drink at dinner we were seated for 20mins and had to ask, the service was slow, we wanted to order more drinks but was never offered. Breakfast staff were rude and very slow, we waited for a coffee and was not asked so we went to the bar and asked where we felt like the staff were making fun of us for asking

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The bathroom drain emitted an unbearable smell that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay extremely unpleasant. The hotel staff simply poured some cleaning product down the drain, but this did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that the hotel was fully booked. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. A problem like this should have been properly addressed, and guests should not have to put up with such unpleasant conditions.

  Disliked: There is t any iron in rhe room and I wasn't told cleaners come in the evening.

  Excellent hotel, great bistro

  Liked: clean. good facilities / pool / gym. nice staff. the bistro was incredible - staff very friendly and accommodating to our family.

  Disliked: location not amazing for the town, but for us was perfect (stop over before flight out of bergamo airport)

  Great hotel in Bergamo

  Liked: Beautiful modern hotel, great staff who were very helpful. Good air-conditioning (had to turn the temperature up). Great bed and bathroom. Bistro restaurant was very good.

  Disliked: The access for walking into town was not the great. The underpass was in the wrong direction and crossing the main road was a little hazardous.
