  Fantastic apartment in a prime location

  Liked: The flat is right in the city center, which was incredibly convenient, and it’s located just next to the airport bus stop. The place was spotless, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything was absolutely perfect, with only one minor issue—the water pressure in the shower was a bit low

  Disliked: As a small recommendation for the hosts: it would be amazing to leave a complimentary bottle of water for guests. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late, when all the shops were already closed, so having some water would have been a lifesaver. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it

  Well-located and clean

  Disappointing. Not worth the money

  Liked: Location. However, Bergamo is well connected, in case of staying for more than 1 night - look elsewhere!

  Disliked: In short - look ELSWHERE! During my tenure as Genius 3 level guest, I’ve never left a bad review - this place just has way too many little, BUT important things that can ruin your experience and recharging after a long day out. Apartment and utilities are worn out and outdated, pictures in the Booking are enhanced to look it better. Zero space in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Stinky and used dish sponge - how little regard for the guests! The water pressure in the shower in the mornings- challengin! Bad air quality in the rooms, but due to the noisy and busy street outside - opening a window is not an option, and climate control is centrally controlled - you can not change anything! Bedding - depends what you are used to, if bed cover and sheet is considered a douvet, will work for you. Pillows - good there were extra, as the one originally places in the bed - straight to the trash bin! TV - only italian language channels, no cable TV, is fine if you are refreshing your Italian😁

  Liked: Central area.

  Disliked: Apartment is not what we have chosen from booking pictures, however as this was before flight, one night, we did not claim switching too much. We called owner who declined our request stating that walls are different only, however, pictures were showing sofa and instead we have got single bed and extra portable bed (we were 4 persons, not from one family) this was unconvenient.
