  Disliked: Restaruant staf were not keeping an eye on when dishes at breakfast needed replenishing. I waited over 5 minutes for yogurt and had to complain 3 times for fresh scrambled egg. At checkout, the lady at reception was very professional and diplomatic.

  Liked: Everything was OK.

  Disliked: The hotel wasn't full, yet we were assigned a room on the first floor, right where a walkway/bridge and an outdoor elevator are located. Be careful with rooms on the first floor—check their exact location beforehand... Check-out was at 12:00, but the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door regularly starting from 10:00:-)

  Good sleeps and good breakfast

  Liked: Good breakfast with many opportunities, even sliced avocado. Beds were good to sleep. Our wish was taking care of and we got separated beds. We needed iron and it was in our room with iron board. The stuff were friendly.

  Disliked: The room was clean but there were dust under the table. The plants were dead at the balcony. The addres in internet is not correct, google map did not find the main entrance as we came by bus. We found out later that the tram goes near the hotel. There were no hotel slippers althought they were included into the price, but after calling to the reception, we got those.

  A Very Pleasant Stay, with Some Room for Improvement

  Liked: A modern hotel with impeccable facilities, spacious rooms, and outstanding comfort. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and professional. The reception team deserves special recognition, as their warm welcome, helpfulness, and attention to guests truly stood out and made a difference during our stay. A very positive experience that I would definitely recommend!

  Disliked: Breakfast is one area that deserves attention. The team seemed understaffed for the number of guests, with only two employees covering the entire dining area, which affected the level of service and attentiveness. The variety and quality of the food could also be improved, particularly as we had an unpleasant experience with the quality of one of the items served. Additionally, we noticed a few maintenance issues in the room, including problems with the lighting and air conditioning systems, as well as poor drainage in the shower. These are areas that would benefit from improvement to ensure the overall guest experience fully reflects the excellent standard of the hotel's facilities and reception service

  Liked: High quality of bed, pillows, duvet, linnens, and towels.

  Disliked: Horrible lighting-controlling system. The most important switches are not at the door but next to the bahtroom; you have to kneel to see them and the tiny icons representing the function of each one. Instead of turning lights in the bathroom during the night, you can easily light up the whole room and wake up others. A master switch next to the bed, but not for the reading light. There are hangers for the towels next to the shower but the heavy towels don't have hanging loops. The default shower mode is raindrop (which is not nice if you don't want to get your hair wet); the shower hangle is placed too low; there is no possibility to regulate the height and would be more appropriate for washing your feet after coming from the beach than for taking a regular shower.
