  Liked: Spacious room and pleasant bathroom

  Disliked: Only one bath towel for two people. The radiators were scorching hot and the air conditioning was on when we arrived—and it was impossible to turn the heating down. Very little ecological awareness. The host was unpleasant and unreachable. When I asked for information about breakfast, he replied, "ask tomorrow," and then went completely silent. I had to ask five times before finally getting an answer on the morning of our departure: he informed me that there is no breakfast.

  I would not stay here again

  Liked: The location was good - very close to the furnicular. It was a secure location

  Disliked: We were not able to access the property until 1 hour after check in time. I had booked this multiple days in advance and completed all check in/payment requests. However we were not provided access codes and no one was answering the phone calls/emails. I eventually got some codes via a WhatsApp message from someone rather rude (it might be down to a language barrier, however not the warmest of welcomes). Once we were in the first night was fine. However as we were leaving on the second day to explore, we bumped into the cleaning team and asked them not to clean. We returned back that night to them having attempted to clean the property. Attempted being the key word! The pillows had some awful stains on, as did the towels. Considering we had asked them not to clean that was not ideal. And to top it all off, I eventually got a reply from the reception team on the day of check out to state that no one works on weekends and they apologise for the delay in response!

  Liked: Spacious accommodation clean and safe about a 15min walk from train station a few mins walk to funicular up to Old Town.

  Liked: Well located hotel, really spacious room, clean. Beautiful building.

  Disliked: Broken hair dryer, and delayed responses from hotel since there’s no reception and the WhatsApp provided is not specifically for this property.
