  Liked: Place is decent, perfect for one to two nights. Room was clean.

  Disliked: Hotel has a lot of amenities, but good luck dealing with staff at the bar, waiting time goes above and beyond. Pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok, nothing special for the price.

  I won't be back

  Liked: Parking was easy and the hotel has good access to the main autoroutes out of Bergamo. Breakfast was generally pretty good

  Disliked: Staff were frankly ignorant. No "good mornings" when you come down in the morning and no "good nights" when you leave for bed. Bar is unstaffed and very poorly stocked and you had to ask reception to send someone to serve you, not once did they take the initiative that if you were in the bar (which they can see you enter and leave) perhaps they should get someone in to work the bar.
