Liked: Easy enough to get to and from the city centre. We used the free shuttle to the Exhibition Centre which was great 😃 Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: This is not my first time staying at this hotel; I like the property, its location near the trade fair, the shuttle service provided to the fair, and the staff. The breakfast is good, as is the restaurant service, though there could be a bit more variety. I appreciate the convenience of not having to go out for dinner after a long, tiring day of work. While there is nothing specific to criticize, when you stay at the same hotel multiple times—and for several nights per visit—the restaurant menu can start to feel tiresome or repetitive, even though the food itself is excellent.

  Disliked: Tudo bem como sempre.

Liked: The hotel side is very good. Polite, professional and welcoming staff at reception. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, but this was resolved the next day when we asked for it so it was not really a major concern.

Disliked: The Michelin star restaurant is very questionable. I didn't think it was good value for money and 2 of the staff members were very unprofessional. Initial dish cancelled as they had ran out of it. A simple order took so long and they had missed an item which arrived 15 mins after the main meal was served. No apology whatsoever. We had no alcohol drinks menu and the staff member had no idea of what they had to offer when asked. She definitely required more training. We stayed an extra night but decided not to return to the restaurant.
