Exceptional
Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms
Disliked: Broken lift. The one still working programmed incorrectly so you end up having to wait ages

Disliked: Restaurant terrible very poor food If there was a chef they clearly couldn’t care less The surrounding area now feels insecure at times probably wouldn’t recommend walking home late

Liked: 1. The breakfast meal variety was good. I could easy choose what to eat. The staff were able to bring me the desired meal after explaining to me clearly. The overall experience was good. 2. I was assisted by hotel with phone charger as mine was not compatible with sockets in the room.
Disliked: 1. Missed tea leaves and sugar on 27th night - was not served. 2. I could not charge my laptop as my 3-pinned charger was not compatible with sockets in the room.
Liked: Very nice hotel with a great and pleasant staff.
Disliked: 15 minutes walk from the train station it's under construction so the walk wasn't pleasant.
Perfect stay in Bologna
Liked: The hotel has good structure, great breakfast and good location with shops and restaurant close. The free internet worked properly and the offer of bikes was perfect for a city the offers bike lanes. Quiet rooms with efficient everyday cleaning.
Disliked: The bikes should be easier to borrow (they are placed in the garage in a dark spot with low maintenance). The access to city center could be difficult to elders by walking.

Liked: Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The city centre is a 35–40-minute walk away. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming.
Disliked: At the end of October, the heating was still not turned on, so the room was quite chilly. We managed with extra blankets, but it wasn’t particularly comfortable.
