We were not enjoying our stay unfortunately, the room was not very clean, mould in the bathroom, breakfast was okay

Liked: Parking in front of the hotel, okey breakfast.

Disliked: It was not very clean- mouldy shower, dusty room, scratches on the walls, expired water.

Helpful staff and generally good facilities. Location not ideal, but cheaper than city centre

Liked: Facilities and level of comfort overall were good. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was OK. Location was handy for the airport and for the riverside path leading into the city centre. Bikes available for hire were convenient and cheap.

Disliked: Location was not ideal - about 45 minutes' walk from the city centre. Hotel is located in a business district and seems to be geared mainly towards people coming by car as there is a large car park for guests in front of the hotel. No bedside tables. Bikes were poorly maintained - one of the brakes was hardly working on mine, only four out of seven gears could be used so that I had to pedal like mad to get up any speed and the chain needed oiling. Although breakfast was OK, it could have been better, e.g. two sorts of fruit, e.g. banana and oranges were provided, but no fruit salad and the yoghurt wasn't that nice - I don't think it was live yoghurt.
