  Value for money

  Liked: 3 Minutes walking to Train Station and old town. Parking just opposite the hotel. Excellent breakfast and super staff.

  Strongly Recommend - Great Location

  Liked: The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station! The hotel is a beautiful old building with amazing architecture! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The mattress was the best hotel mattress I ever had. I slept like a baby every night! The room had a second inside metal door to provide more insulation from hallway noise. The area outside the hotel was quiet - no noise at night. The breakfast selection was very good!

  Disliked: The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Guests do not want to see stains when they walk in. The furniture was vintage and cute, but showed signs of wear and tear. This needs to be fixed or replaced. Because the building is old, the walls are thin and you can hear noise from adjacent rooms

  Beautiful hotel

  Liked: The location was great. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view was lovely. Breakfast was nice. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after check out.

  Lovely hotel in centre of Bolzano

  Liked: Lovely relaxed hotel, large comfy rooms, well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with great service. Location can’t be beaten close to trains and bus and near the old town, walk to everything.
