Exceptional
Great location and lovely hotel
Liked: Perfect location in old city and classic hotel. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool and very nice staff
Disliked: Loved it all
Our day was exactly what we hoped for!
Liked: What a perfect location to reach one of our desired, hiking spots as well as visit visiting the beautiful city. The staff were friendly and efficient and helpful with their knowledge of the area. The pool wasn’t unexpected bonus.
Disliked: Na
I cannot recommend that anybody stay here
Liked: The location, the grounds, the bar. We happened on a loud wedding (Saturday) that lasted til 2 AM.
Disliked: Our room was terrible. Warped unfinished floor. Bed smashed against the wall (we turned it 90 degrees so we could both use it). Breakfast expensive. Staff dismissive.
Great place to stay
Liked: Ambiance, design, garden, friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast, comfortable bed and room temperature, perfect cleanliness. The location is close to the railway station.
Disliked: The building is historical, and there’s no sound isolation, however earplugs at night were sufficient. More of a personal preference, but I’d prefer to have à la carte breakfast option as buffet option is rather pricy and doesn’t include cappuccino. Same with bathroom cosmetics - I’d prefer an option without intense perfume, that said I didn’t inform the hotel beforehand, maybe they’d adjust.
Beautiful and comfortable. Great bar and courtyard
Liked: Comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was very good. Lovely pool. Location is excellent.
Disliked: My shower needed repairing.
As above
Liked: Close proximity to everything and good breakfast
Disliked: Small room
