Exceptional
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for relaxing beach strolls, with a bus stop nearby fo
Liked: The location was excellent right on the beach with lots of options for food and drink. Marco the host was so easy to deal with and very friendly! The apartment itself was exceptionally clean with more than enough facilities for an enjoyable holiday lovely little space outside to sit in the evening and children friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! The apartment was spacious and the decor was pretty very authentic sardinian experience would highly recommend.
Disliked: I couldn't find anything I didn't like.
If this was a walking tour when you pay what you want then I would pay half of the €150 pn we paid
Liked: The location was good, a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Collecting the keys was easy and the hosts instructions were helpful. There was generally everything we needed in the property and the aircon was good.
Disliked: We were concerned about safety. Inside there were no obvious fire, gas or carbon monoxide detectors as required by Italian law (there was a gas hob) and no CIN certificate displayed confirming compliance with safety laws when renting a property. There was one fire extinguisher attached to the outside on the building, not in the apartment. The apartment was functional but poor value for money. When we enquired why there plastic wine glasses we were told that families with children renting the apartment break the glasses! They must also have broken all the tea cups as there only two of those. The outside "terrace" was a joke, just the driveway from the garage.
Liked: I like a location, beach was very close and Marco was very helpfull
Liked: The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Also very close to the beach. Marco, the host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back! 😊
Amazing
Liked: Amazing location, just 1min walk to the beach and closest terraces. Very clean, has got everything for a pleasant stay, confortable beds, very good air con. Good living space, with outside patio. Communication was very good with the host, who was very kind to accommodate every request we had. Parking spaces are available for free on the street.
Disliked: There are no negatives for this one, hopefully we will come back and stay longer to visit Cagliari again.
