Stylish, quiet retreat
Liked: This apartment was a beautifully remodeled historic structure that is both stylish and comfortable. The washing machine was a nice added benefit after 2 weeks of traveling. The bed was large and comfortable. The location is on a piazza that had no traffic and it's quiet during the day. At night it converts into an outside restaurant, but there is only quiet chatting. It is a very pleasant place to retreat from the busy parts of town.
Disliked: It would be helpful to have written instructions in English for operating some of the appliances and how to do the recycling.
Liked: Location was amazing and unit was modern where old meets new.
Beautiful, clean apartment in great location!
Liked: The apartment is beautiful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Every place I wanted to go in Cagliari was within a 20-minute walk. I appreciated the bottle of water in the refrigerator when I arrived. Also, there are a few basic cooking items, such as olive oil and spices. Daniele is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!
Great apartment to spend your holiday
Liked: The apartment is pretty big, and the location is very good - right in the city center. It's easy to get almost anywhere from there, and there's a grocery store nearby. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and two AC units. A really big plus is that the apartment owner provides beach towels and a beach umbrella, which can save you a lot of money and luggage space.
Disliked: One downside is that the apartment is facing a square. During the day, it's empty and quiet, but in the evening, a popular restaurant takes over the square, offering its tables. So it gets pretty crowded and loud. You can't hear any of the noise in the bedroom, but for sure in the living room and kitchen. Another downside is that the floors in the bathroom are partially ruined by water, and they don't look very good. It would be great to cover them up/fix them. Another problem is that the AC in the bedroom is facing the bed, and it gets really hot if you turn it off. None of these things are major, but could be improved.
