The only good part was the location

  Liked: The location is incredible.

Disliked: We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment, but we did intend to sleep and rest there. The master bedroom was fine. However... I gave the master bedroom to my friends and went to sleep in the smaller bedroom. I was woken repeatedly through the night by a loud noise which concluded with a grating metallic thud. Thankfully we did not have children with us as it would likely have caused nightmares! I contacted the hosts the next day to ask if they could tell us what cause this. They were aware of it and said they had been in communication with the building managers for months about it! They knew that this was a problem, but still rent the place as if both bedrooms are equally of use. I went to sleep in the living room the second night. The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the noise could still be heard, but it was not as loud. The icing on this sugarless cake was the message regarding check out telling us that we were to empty all of the separated refuse (garbage) ourselves. Value for the money is not here.

Spacious secure unit with large outdoor balcony, in a central quiet location

Liked: Good quiet location. Car parking onsite for an additional cost. Spacious unit with large outdoor balcony.

Disliked: We found the bed soft in the centre, though understand this is personal. The kitchen area had no bench space- a small bench/trolley would help in the preparation of food.

  Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown. The property offers convenient underground parking for a reasonable additional fee, which is a big plus since street parking is quite limited. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the large terrace with sunbeds—perfect for relaxing. The shower cabin was pleasantly spacious, which stood out to us after experiencing much smaller ones in other accommodations throughout Italy. Communication with our host, Anna, was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Disliked: One thing to be aware of is that the parking garage exit appears to be directly beneath the apartment, and the gate was quite squeaky. It was noticeably noisy between 7 and 8 in the morning when cars were leaving. Also, the kitchen counter space is very limited - almost non-existent - which made food preparation a bit challenging. It would be a great improvement to have a small table or additional counter space for convenience.
