Exceptional
Excellent stay with an amazing host!
Liked: We spent only one night here before our flight, but we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is super convenient and close to everything. The host, Cosmo, speaks fluent English, gave us a very warm welcome, helped us with our luggage, and chatted with us for a bit. Thanks to his local tips and advice, we managed to see dolphins, which was a huge highlight for us and something we really appreciated! He also put together an online guide about the area, which would have been super helpful if we had only had more time to explore. The apartment itself is finished to a very high standard - both the bedroom and bathroom, as well as the kitchen shared with one other room. The breakfast consisted of pre-packaged items, but they were all great quality. The juices were real juice (not juice-flavored drinks), the packaged croissants were surprisingly tasty, and there was a good selection of coffee, tea, and some fresh fruit. While it wasn't an elaborate spread, you could really tell the host genuinely cared about catering to different tastes and preferences. Due to the central location (close to the main area with restaurants open late), we could hear some street noise as we were falling asleep. However, that’s completely expected in a location like this. The windows insulated the sound well enough, so we have zero complaints. Highly recommended! We would love to stay here again.
Liked: Very nice host. Gave very good information in andvanced like parking, restaurants, what to do etc. Room was very nice and clean. Nice breakfast.
Great location and helpful host
Liked: The location was fantastic - easy walk from the train station and right in the town centre. Cosimo was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for things to do and had a nice set-up for us to leave our bags for a few hours after check-out so we could see more of Cagliari.
Liked: Good location and there are a lot of restaurants and a good gelato place near. The host is very nice!
Disliked: Second floor but no elevator
Liked: Location, comfort, hospitality of the host

Liked: Great location close to rail station and old town. Very clean and pleasant. Great host.
