Liked: Very nice ❤️
Liked: Near to city centre, bus and train station. Fresh towels and caring stuff.
Disliked: The apartment is located right next to a very loud and busy road. Additionally, homeless people were making noise throughout the night, which was really exhausting. Cars honked under the windows at night, and motorcycles raced past as if they were taking part in a competition. Unfortunately, the windows are not soundproofed at all, so every single noise from the street carries inside, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Also, the mattress was too soft. But it comes down to personal preference.
Not recommended at all
Liked: Really nothing, It was so dirty that I had to leave the hotel and book something else, I found sperm and on the bed, no cold water, no AC, the contact we had, did not nothing for us. It was full of mold and black trace in the shower. And the shower was broken.
Disliked: - The shower was broken. (Photos below) - There was no cold or room temperature water in the shower. There was only hot water in the shower. - the blanket has trace of dirt everywhere, it was very dirty, it wasn't possible to sleep on it. (photos below) - The floor was dusty, walking on the floor got our feet dirty immediately. (Photos bellow) - The AC was not working despite working for one hour, it didn't change the temperature at all. - There were no cleaning supply in the shower either. - There were mold on the wall, which can cause serious health issues. As my girlfriend is allergic, it wasn't possible to use the shower. - The pictures of the room on booking.com were not matching the room we had at all. They were totally two different type of room. - After our last video sent to your administration regarding the broken shower, you had no reply even after seeing the messages. You left us by ourself.

Disliked: clean but loud. useless balkony to the main street. broken shower head, new but cheap bed, all the rest bulky waste furniture. construction works in the building. old elevator almost unusable or blocked. no personal support, just virtual invisible contacts. overall accommodation not worth the money.

Liked: Location, check-in system, bed comfort, AC, cleaning crew kindness
Disliked: Noise from via Roma wasn't that nice but still.. Questionable details in the shower (half-broken parts, rusty door frame, half-covered service hole on the wall under the sink) Missing parts in the closet, some scratchy furniture.
