Exceptional
Liked: It was great I would recomend for everyone, host is exceptional, appartement is clean and you have everyrhing you need
Liked: The apartment is close to the beach, to shops and bus stop which takes you to the city centre within minutes. The kitchen is well equipped so we could cook with my husband and enjoy a meal on the balcony. The nature is amazing too. The contact was excellent too. Highly recommend it!
Fun and enjoyable week-long stay with my family
Liked: Clean, spacious apartment with a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs. When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with water and milk. There were also croissants, jams, teas, coffees and spices available on the side. Kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, including a frying pan, cooking pots, a teapot and sieve. A wash house equipped with a drying rack, broom, mop and washing machine. Gas-powered stove and boiler with two canisters located in the wash house. Beautiful view from the wash house that overlooks the reservoir where flamingos can be seen. A pair of binoculars is free for use. Instructions provided for where/how to throw out garbage. Air conditioning in the main room and the bedroom. An elevator to access the floor. A 5-bolt lock on the apartment door for security. Easy walking distance to Poetto Beach, Super Pan supermarket and the flamingo park. Reserved carpark space behind an electronically operated gate. Clear instructions for how to access the property sent in advance. Responsive and helpful host.
Disliked: The bed, the fridge door and some cupboard doors are creaky.
Exceptional
Liked: Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable apartment. There are all things which you need in the kitchen, hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board. There are very large wardrobes for clothes with lots of hangers. Ignazio is a good host. He sent clear instructions, so it was very easy to check in and check out. We arrived early in the morning, and he allowed us to check in earlier. I hope that we will be back soon.

Relaxing stay like at home
Liked: The place is amazingly good, like real home, with really everything you may even think of. Good stove, dishes for cooking and best quality products available in a supermarket a couple of blocks around the corner and on the city market. Nice balcony with comfy chairs for morning coffee or relaxing moment in the evening. Beautiful view from the window at flamingos. Beach nearby, sandy and very beautiful.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
Superb
Liked: Very comfortable, big and clean apartment not far from Poetto beach (20 mins walk). You can find everything that you need there even for a long stay. Easy self check in and check out, good communication with host.
