  Practically a palace in Villanova!

  Liked: This property was stunning! You can tell a lot of love and personality has gone into the interior design. It's a lovely mix of comtemporary and traditional, with tonnes of space and excellent faciltites. We would love to stay here again! The particular highlights of this stay were: 1. The host - Antonio is an absolute gentleman, and met us on arrival to hand us the keys ad show us around. He was also available at the drop of a hat to answer any queries we had, and made our stay so comfortable. 2. The location - The property is located on a quiet street in the Villanova area, minutes from bars, restaurants and shops, and only 10 mins walk from the city centre. 3. The amenities - the property is gorgeous, with two separate terraces, offering a variety of relaxing environments. One has lovely views out over VIllanova, while the other is a pretty courtyard-style terrace with citrus trees and alive with the sound of parakeets overhead. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shower, a bath, washing machine, large refrigerator, TVs, it had eveything you would need.

  Liked: Everything was excellent. The appartment is huge with a lot of space and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, convenient for 4 adults.

  Disliked: A little problem is location uphill, and walk back for those who have walking problems. Bus helps.

  It was very comfortable and delightful to stay here

  Liked: The house is located very close to the shopping and dining area. Mr. Antonio, the owner of the house, is very friendly and helpful. The house is like a piece of art with an Italian style, and we enjoyed staying there very much. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two teens). The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the terrace area was pleasant for sitting and enjoying some fresh air. The Internet was working perfectly. We'll definitely stay here again if we go to Cagliari.

  Very spacious apartment in an amazing location

  Liked: The property location is excellent! It is very close to the downtown and all the historic center. The property owner -Antonio- is such a wonderful and friendly person. He met and greeted us upon arrival, had a very pleasant conversation with him and provided us tips on what to do in Cagliari and the vicinity. He was so nice that went with us to park our rental car in the nearby paid parking garage which is just 5 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance which is also very convenient. We were a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) and the apartment was perfect for us. it is very spacious, with all the amenities you can think of, very clean, very well stocked with everything, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Only item I want to point out is this unit is not targeted for elderly or handicapped people since you need to climb stairs to get into the unit and then inside the apartment to get to the rooms which are on the second floors the stairs are narrow.
