Exceptional
Great stay beautiful and spacious place with own parking. The kitchen can use omporovements in terms of utilities
Liked: Very beautifully styled, spacious and own parking spot which is great to have in Cagliari as parking can be very difficult.
Disliked: The kitchen wasn’t so great to cook in. The electric stove was very bad, no real big oven and proper pans. This might not be an issue for those eating out mainly but we like to cook our own food often. And this was the only downside to this place for us
good choice to visit Cagliari and surronding beaches
Liked: Big, spacious and clean apartment, very well equipped. Not far from city center (5-10 minutes with car, less than 30 minutes on the foot). Closest beaches are 15 minutes driving.
Great apartment in convenient location and highly suitable for four adults
Liked: Clean, spacious property, well decorated with very convenient location and parking facility.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows which spoilt the very comfortable beds
Great place to stay for visiting Cagliari and Sardinia
Liked: The apartment is newly renovated, very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Vibrant and bright colours everywhere: posters and pictures on the walls, table cloths and mats, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cups, books on the shelves. Everything pleases your eyes. The location is quite good - you can reach the city centre in 25 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is very quiet except for school hours as there is a school nearby, but it did not bother us. One of Cagliari archeological sites only 2 minutes walk.
Disliked: Mosquitoes at night time.

Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and conveniently located. We had everything we needed and it was a great base!!
Disliked: Having an oven would be useful but we made do:) It was good to receive the holiday guide via email but also good to have brochures and information in the apartment aswell. For example maybe some information on how to use the buses which took a little while to get our heads round.
Lovely, relaxing stay in the beautiful city of Cagliari
Liked: Francesco and Eduardo were amazing hosts, communication was quick, we were greeted on arrival and given many recommendations about where to eat, drink, shop and what to do during our stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds in a lovely quiet residential area. I have never stayed anywhere so well equipped - they have literally thought of everything! Toiletries in the shower, a wide selection of teas and a decent coffee machine, bread and a selections of jams.... There was a lovely little balcony at the back which had fairy lights that lit up in the evening and overlooked some beautiful olive trees where we watched some locals picking their olives. The only issue was the holiday went too fast and I wish we had been able to stay longer!! Definitely recommend for families.
