Exceptional
Good location and great host!
Liked: Host was very helpful. Clean apartment and good location!
Disliked: Single Beds in the twin room were not terribly comfortable
Be aware walkers. It is a 35 - 40 minute walk to the Marina
Liked: So well stocked with biscuits, buns, water, jams, tea bags and bathroom products. An internal house lift to 2nd floor with our luggage made life easy. Patrizia is an exceptional host. Helpful and efficient. There is a supermarket across the road.
Disliked: The beds have very firm mattresses.
Highly recommended
Liked: The apartment is perfectly equipped, including first aid box, it is super clean, nice smell inside, has 2 spacious bedrooms. We’ve been offered some pastry and milk for breakfast, so thoughtful. The location is great. The hosts are just great: the communication was excellent, they are of great support with every concern.
Liked: We arrive late at night and the hosts were extremely kind. We had a very nice welcome. The host saved us a parking space in the street for our arrival. Good communication via WhatsApp with the hosts prior to our arrival. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything that you need to cook or have breakfast. They provided one bottle of water, milk, coffee and some packaged bread and croissants. There is a small supermarket crossing the street.
Disliked: It's not easy to find a parking space in the blue zone, but if you cannot find a parking spot, there are private parkings in the area. We stayed one night and we were not aware of the 30 euros cleaning fee that is not included in the final price that Booking displays and was a very unpleasant surprise. Nevertheless it was mentioned in an email when you book the apartment and get the confirmation via email.
