Exceptional
Very comfortable, easy to get to and move away from - did the job at a reasonable price
Liked: Breakfast was acceptable - the room was very clean - the aircon worked very well - we slept well on a very comfortable bed - we were only there for one night but the place was very good for us, easy to get to the train station the next morning, for our flight to Rome. And the young lady who served us breakfast was professional and friendly.

Liked: The location and the service on the first day at breakfast were great. The girl was wonderful—communicative and very helpful. Thanks to her, many things worked out well for us. Elevator is a big plus. 😜
Disliked: Some things need to be replaced or renovated, the breakfast was rather poor and it’s worth checking the expiration dates of the products served.
Charge 3 times fee for a child 5 years old and also they charge 1.50 for tax city and kids don't pay

Disliked: I booked this place because of the reviews but oh big surprise as The manager and others very bad manners, they charge us 30 euros for my Son 5 years old extra they change the price 3 times first 10 euros then nothing as he sleep with us then the manager called me and said 30 euros he also Scream In the phone and hang off and also charge the city tax when Kids don't pay, air con didn't work we txt the managers and nobody answer, they cancelled my reservation (we stayed at the property) because I was very upset as they way we were treat by phone when they want to charge us extra so they cancelled in order we don't put a bad review to them but I emailed booking com to leave me out my real review keep away from This place they are scammers there are much better places than this, the air con didn't work and never answer the phone
