Spacious stay in the heart of Villanova
Liked: Filippo welcomed us in person and was exceptionally friendly—it was the perfect start to our vacation! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we loved stepping out every evening right into the authentic Sardinian atmosphere from the moment we walked out the front door. The apartment is so spacious that by the time you walk from one room to another, you completely forget what you went there for!

Excellent location, spacious flat, good host
Liked: Spacious wall equipped flat with separate kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location less than ten minutes walk from the city centre, five minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Located in the Villa Nuova quarter of city near to bars and restaurants. About a fifteen minute walk from the railway station.

Home sweet home in the historic centre
Liked: The flat is spacious with an authentic atmosphere and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is perfect to cook the fabulous food bought in San Benedetto market nearby. The bed is big and very, very comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous: old houses surrounding a square where you can have a drink or a quick meal, in a pedestrian area right in the city center. Filippo is very friendly and very helpful! We really loved our stay in his flat.
Disliked: The neighbours upstairs are a bit loud in the morning if you want to sleep late. But with earplugs, it's OK!
