Liked: The localization, big suite, confortable bed
Disliked: The photos do not accurately represent the actual condition of this hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bed linen was dirty and smelled bad, and the bedding had clearly been treated with a chemical product that had an overpowering and unpleasant odor. The shower was very old and in poor condition. Used tea bags from previous guests had not even been removed, which was extremely unhygienic. The windows did not have proper glass panes — there were only metal bars. The advertised “city view” was actually a view of an old building covered with protective material, with construction debris falling from it. There was also absolutely no sound insulation. We could hear the staff working and doing laundry through the wall, with loud banging starting as early as 4 a.m. We stayed for two nights and barely got any proper sleep. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and far below what we expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: The room was absolutely beautiful and the cleaning woman was the sweetest! Great location right in the city center, and a beautiful church down the street!
Disliked: I specifically booked this property due to the rave reviews on the air conditioning being exceptional which is hard to come by, however i felt like the one in my room wasn’t the best. I had it set to the lowest temperature, so in theory i should have been freezing but it didn’t do much. It was manageable though, and i wouldn’t let that deter me from coming back. It was a wonderful stay.
