Liked: The property was great, very nicely decorated and had all the necessary facilities. Everything was great and the host was very helpful. I would totally suggest this property.
Great option for a weekend in Cagliari
Liked: Very central but quiet location. Renovated old house, clean and comfortable. Beach towels and sun umbrella provided. 10 minutes walk from central station. Coffee and some cookies available daily in the room. The owner Francesca is really kind
Everything was perfect
Liked: Good communication, central location, self check-in, quiet and cozy room nr. 2, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed.
Disliked: As you can see, there is no conditioning, for some this may be a disadvantage, but the building is old with thick walls and high ceilings, so we did not feel hot, and didn't even need the fan that was in the room.

Liked: The room was very clean, Francesca came daily for cleaning, changing towels. Very comfortable bed, big room, very good location, in the city center.

Liked: Wonderful host. Very welcoming and helpful. Francesca gave us a map and explained how to get to the most important parts of the city. She made our stay way better. The room was very, very clean and she came daily to clean, always asked if we needed anything. The best host we had in Italy! Our room was just like described with a fridge, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, soap and body wash. The shop open 7 days a week is about 200-300 meters away, bakery is about 50 meters away, pizza place that opens at 19:00 just next door. More restaurants and main street also 300 meters away. Perfect location as everything was close but it was very quiet as not directly on the main street. Bust stops also few hundered meters away. San Michele church maybe 30-50 meters away. Perfect place to stay during Festa di Sant'Efisio, as the Procession goes by the Cattedrale di Santa Maria that is just by the San Michele church. The apartment is on the 1st floor but there is a lift if you travel with luggage. You need to keep in mind that whole Cagliari is on a hill so you will have to walk up / down a slope or up / down some stairs everywhere you go. Contact with Francesca via WhatsApp perfect. She answered all our questions also before we came.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. I cannot imagine anything could be better.
