Liked: Room was spotless. It was just what I needed for an overnight after a long flight. The coffee and tea station was a lifesaver. Easy check-in instructions and a small elevator to help with bags. Parking was easy around the corner and there's a grocery store nearby.

Disliked: Like a lot of hotels, you are at the mercy of other guests. The hallway is echoey, which means you'll likely be woken up whenever someone comes back to their room. And in my case, when they are vomiting in the bathroom on the other side of the wall.

Nice central location and very quiet

Liked: Very central location and very quiet place for a busy city

Disliked: The lift looked old and we weren’t sure how to use so we used the stairs - some advice on how to use might be helpful

Ok room but would not come again

Liked: Spacious room. Location was ok for walking to the city.

Disliked: The water pressure / temperature wasn’t good when showering and someone else used the sink / toilet. Mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. The room looked rather old.
