Exceptional
A great stay in the heart of the city
Liked: The property is located right at the marina at the foot of the hill. Easy access to the major sites and easy access to/from the airport by train. Everything is modern and clean. The roof deck area is a bonus! Shoutout to the front desk, they had great recommendations on private tours.
Disliked: We tend to live out of our suitcases. The room had adequate storage but not much room for open suitcases. I get it, it’s Europe, just saying.

Liked: Everything! Size of room and bathroom. Great products and room nibbles. Pool was lovely with rooftop bar. Great breakfast options.

A perfect palazzo enhanced the outstanding team
Liked: The staff were fabulous, the location was great and the palazzo was beautiful. Concierge Demetreio was outstanding, as was Priscilla at reception. The ladies at breakfast remembered our coffee orders every day…and Luca in the bar/restaurant was fabulous too! Views from the bar are brilliant! Rooms are on the compact side but have everything you need and are beautifully decked out.
Disliked: Pool could have been a bit bigger but not really an issue when you can go to the beach just down the road…
