Exceptional
Liked: The room was close to the beaches in Cagliari. The host was nice and helpful; made it possible for us to check in earlier than the posted time (04:00 p.m. is really late though). You can park close to the rooms, a spot was almost always available. Toiletries available.
Disliked: Wobbly toilet seat-cover, almost fell off... Concrete ceiling. Small room for the price.
Has everything you need!
Liked: Stefano was a great host! Any little thing I asked for he would assist me and that is important as a solo traveller property is clean, modern, bed comfy, has aircon and you also feel safe. It’s in great location, 10 minute walk to beach. You have restaurants across the road, as well as super market, laundromat 5 minute walk, hairdresser, pharmacist all in walking distance. Price for property is also quite reasonable. You get coffee pods and tea in your room, kettle, hairdryer and there is a little court yard in one room. I stayed in several and for those that don’t have one you have a common area where you can sit and eat outside and hang your clothes. Has everything you need! Stefano even let me check out late one day as my flight was so late and he organised taxi to pick me up
Disliked: Nothing really
Location is perfect, everything is nearby. Stefano is amazing 🙂
Liked: New building, with perfect clean rooms.

Liked: Absolutely incredible stay at Poetto's Heart! Our time in Cagliari was simply amazing, and this place played a huge part in that. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and public transport. A special mention goes to Stefano, the host — truly one of the best we've ever met. He was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you're visiting Cagliari and looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay, Poetto's Heart is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
Very pleasant!
Liked: Very cool and the terras was well covered, still outside but not over looked, everything modern inside.
