  Amazing apartment in amazing location

  The perfect balance between modernity and authenticity for your stay in Cagliari

  Liked: One of our best rentals! The location is central and ideal, yet quiet in the evenings. The building is historic and very well maintained. The apartment has been completely refurbished and features all modern comforts without ever betraying its authenticity. Elena and André have furnished everything with taste, using vintage furniture to match the history of the place. Bathrooms and kitchens offer all modern comforts and amenities, and are ultra-pleasant to live in. No cheap home-staging here, which also means respecting the owners' choices and wooden furniture. Cleanliness and amenities were the order of the day. Welcome gifts were also provided in the fridge. The owners welcomed us in person, which has become very rare. A parking lot is provided and included in the price, which is a plus. Last but not least, the decor and photos add an appreciable touch of authenticity. In short, we'll be back with great pleasure!

  Liked: Superb host. Location is almost dead center of town. Apartment is luxury, beautifully furnished with a well stocked pantry.

  This home offers true comfort, style, and hospitality. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one stands out as the best

  Liked: This luxury house in Cagliari was perfect for our group of five. Spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent—right in the center of the city, where you can walk to everywhere, and the bus stop just outside the door that takes you directly to Poetto Beach. Elena, the host, was amazing. She met us when we arrived, gave us a full tour of the house, and shared helpful tips about the area.She even stocked the fridge with wine, water, and other drinks, that makes us feels like at home. Communication with Elena was super easy. She always replied within minutes. We had a small emergency one morning, and within 20 minutes, she had arranged a taxi to pick us up. Truly above and beyond.
