Exceptional
well equipped and large apartment on a lovely street
Liked: The apartment has a very good room organization, is located on a lovely street, close to the pedestrian area, within walking distance to the supermarket and the bus stop. I particularly appreciated the small details that really made our stay very comfortable: some refreshments waiting for us in the fridge and on the table and also the kitchen supplies that helped us with breakfast. I also liked a lot the shower with its water functions and the toiletries bag that included a shower cap. There was also a washing machine, that we did not use, AC which proved really useful, and a beach umbrella which also came in handy for us.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft for my back, but it was not a problem in itself. Also the TV had no cable channels, which I would not usually even notice, but this time it would have been nice to watch the late evening World Cup football matches but RAI1 was not available. Not an issue anyway, our stay was really good.

Liked: lovely location in the heart of the old town. This is an area where only residents can park, so if you have a car you will need to park it outside the area. The place is walking distance to the shops, bars etc, but you will need some kind of transportation to get to the beach, since walking distance it is far. very comfortable, lots of space, clean.

Liked: Fully equipment at the kitchen and good welcome pack mu kid was very happy.
Disliked: The description on the site the apartment has washing machine, it turned out that it can be used for more than 4 nights, because its locked which we found out on the day of check-in, and we chose the apartment because of the presence of the washing machine since we are with a child. In the area of the apartment, parking of cars without the appropriate documents is prohibited, which was nowhere described as information about the location of the apartment. There was a paid parking lot 10 minutes from the apartment. It was raining heavily and I took my family by car to the apartment, it turned out that we could not unlock it because the door opens with electricity and there was no electricity. We waited 1 hour in front of the apartment for him to bring the key. Just when the owner came, the power supply was restored. My advice is to write at booking.com the house rules as parking is forbidden at the zone where is the apartment, and what is conditions for using the washing machine. Find back up of the electronic locks.
I would recommend this apartment. If I were to visit Cagliari again I would stay here
Liked: The location was perfect, in a lovely old street a 1 km walk from the centre or a very short bus ride. The apartment had everything we could have asked for. A kettle and coffee machine (pods supplied). Instant coffee, kitchen paper towel, salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, water and drinks in the fridge, crackers and jam and even a bowl of sweets! Everything was beautifully clean and fresh. We stayed for a week and towels and linens were changed halfway through. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up as my husband had pulled his back and wanted a firmer mattress. This was done, no trouble at all. Any queries were responded to very quickly via Whatsapp.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.

Great, good value home from home in a fab area!
Liked: The apartment is immaculately clean with great facilities, the position is very quiet and yet very close to great food and drink places. Very comfortable and with really easy direction to find it and get in. Our host was marvelous! So kind and was there at a moments notice for us, we locked ourselves out and she helped us in under two minutes! Will definately return!
