Fabulous
Liked: The ONLY thing is that the location is great especially when you plan on using public transportation.
Disliked: The strong smells coming from the restaurant below the apartment. The bathroom is like a sauna, it’s very hot and you can’t even leave the window open due to smells. You can hear all the noise, all night The jacuzzi is like a size of a basin, we didn’t even use it. There’s no elevator Outdated furniture Overall, I will not come back.
Pricey, uncomfortable in a lot of ways, jacuzzi not clean and overall not usable
Liked: Central location.
Disliked: Jacuzzi was unusuable due to being extremely dirty with limestone and rusty. Central location means noise 24/7. Also, fried food smell coming from nearby restaurants, especially with the heat. Parking is very time consuming. Old building means no elevator and uncomfortable distribution of space. Garbage bin was somehow missing. AC did not emit enough power.

Disliked: I kept apartment for jakuzi plus it was my bday. You can’t used jakuzi electric is gone or hot water is not enough to fill if you keep for jakuzi and this apartment don’t

SCAM, avoid at all cost!
Liked: Location, close to everywhere. But here is where it ends, there are multiple downsides to it. About it later.
Disliked: 1) The listing was misleading: oven and washing machine were listed as facilities, but in reality they are not available. The owner wrote that the washing machine is “in a more expensive apartment”. 2) The owner also wrote to us that “it is not allowed to cook smelling things”. This is limiting normal use of the kitchen which was advertised as part of the apartment. 3) The hygiene level is unacceptable: the AC unit is dirty inside, the ventilation grill is extremely dirty, and some parts of the apartment are not properly maintained (floor panels loose, holes visible, balcony door has a gap letting in strong smells from the street). 4) Water in the jacuzzi was yellow. We sent pictures to the owner and he responded that „he is not responsible for the water that comes out from pipes.” No support on it, just said „there might be some residue due to some works.” That was all. Felt like 0 hospitality there. 5) Location: closest parking about ~10 minutes from the place due to ZTL area. Hard to find a spot there. On the other side that area is the city center where all restaurants exist - so you are going to smell all the stuff in the apartament, due to gaps in the balcony doors.
