Good
Liked: Good location
Good base of operations for foot travellers, but not much else
Liked: The location is quite nice, well within the centre off the city, walking streets and restaurants all around. Nice contactless key pickup and deposit. Clean room, good base of operations for Cagliari if you're planning on going by foot. Staff was nice and communicative.
Disliked: The AC was in a weird spot, half broken, not much control available. No fridge/cooler/minibar. The location is nigh unaccessible by car, whic sort of comes with the territory of it being right in the city centre, so be prepared. Closest realistic parking we found was under the castle, quite a steep climb with luggage. Breakfast was a short walk away in a cafe with limited options, few pastries, terrible coffee (but take that with a grain of salt, I'm a coffee snob).
The property did not meet the basic standard of use especially during last day

Disliked: Toilette did not work all time. The sink too small and not suitable for 5 days. The wc was not firm and fixed to the floor. The cistern of the wc took long time to fill up with the 2 of us waiting for long time before using it again. On the day before last the cistern was empty and we could not use the toilet. The host did not sent anyone to fix it. I think this was a serious service failure and for this reason we ask one day refund. We had an exchange with the host through whatsapp.
Disliked: The room was not clean at all. It was obvious that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. The bed was full of hair, and it smelled bad. I really do not recommend this place. The only good thing about it was the location.
Terrible and disgusting place!
Disliked: It was a horrible experience! Dirty and smelly shithouse!
Liked: Location
Disliked: No electricity all night.. and was very hard to contact the host till the morning
