Liked: The room was super clean and the staff regularly called to change the sheets and give clean towels. Air conditioning was fantastic.

Disliked: The buzzer noise for the door to the rooms is loud so this made it hard to sleep at times if people were coming in during the night.

  Lovely stay

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring Cagliari, as well as the southern part of the island. An excellent bakery, a supermarket, and various great cafés and restaurants are all very close by. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, well air-conditioned, quiet, and clean. The bathroom is nice and functional. There is also a lovely little balcony. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: They ignored my questions about leaving our luggage after check-out. I wrote twice, but they didn’t respond at all. I think the communication could be much better.

  Dissappointed!!

Liked: The room was great! The cleanliness was very nice and the location was fine.

Disliked: I arrived and there was no one cleaning the room at 2:30 pm. I am sure it would of stayed dirty for a lot longer if I had not called your office and complained. There is no excuse for a room with alcohol and dirty towels everywhere when a customer steps in tto leave their luggage. No one was around at 2:30.pm. You charge good money for a room, you need to have cleaning people at least 45 minutes before the room is due.
