Excellent stay in Cagliari
Liked: The location is excellent, really close to the city center, bus stations and the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The host is very friendly and helpful!
Misleading photos, poor facilities, rude management, and false advertising about the airport shuttle. The only good thin

Disliked: My stay was extremely disappointing. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work at all, and several areas of the hotel had a terrible smell. The photos are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. They also advertise an airport shuttle service, but this is simply not true. All they do is give you the phone number of a local taxi, something any guest could arrange on their own. Calling that a shuttle service is misleading. The person managing the hotel was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout our communication. Instead of trying to help or resolve issues, they were unpleasant and unprofessional. The only positive thing about this place is its location, as it is close to the city center and the train station. Other than that, I cannot recommend it. I feel that the property relies on misleading advertising and unrealistic photos to attract guests, and the actual experience falls far short of what is promised.
