Disliked: The host informed us that the hotel was overbooked and said that these things happen. He showed no empathy and did not even apologize for the situation. He offered us alternative accommodation at another B&B, but we declined because we did not feel confident about his reliability. He then refused to cancel the reservation himself and told us to request a refund through Booking.com instead. As a result, we were left without a place to stay at 5 p.m. in Anacapri. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend booking this property.
I would definately recommand this place to everyone 10/10!!!!

Liked: The location was the best. The place very luxurious I like the furnitures. The balcony amazing. Very very clean. MR. Lorenzo was gentle with us and he help me in reservations. I like the place and i will come back again.

Liked: I LOVE BAR GROTTO AZZURA, WHICH IS LITERALLY RIGHT DOWN STAIRS. GREAT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, COFFEE, WHATEVER U WANT. LOCATION WAS GREAT, IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE MAIN STRIP WITH ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND STORES IN ANACAPRI. 10 MIN WALK TO THE BUS TERMINAL OR 15 MIN WALK TO THE TAXISTAND. HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING, ROOM WAS CLEAN, IT WAS ALSO SELF CHECK IN WHICH WAS GREAT. HOST WAS NICE, HE GAVE FOOD RECCS AND HELPED WITH ANY QUESTION U NEEDED. ROOM WASNT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 12 BUT HE LET US KEEP OUR LUGGAGE IN THE CORRIDOR UNTIL LATER ON. IT WAS NICE. I FELT SECURE SINCE IT WAS A DIGITAL KEYBOARD TO GET IN FOR GUESTS ONLY. ALSO HOST SUPPLIED SHAMPOO AND BODY WASH AND FREE WATER BOTTLES EVERYDAY.
Disliked: AC WAS VERY SLOW /LOW TEMP NO MATTER WHAT SETTING U PUT ON IT. WE HAD TO LEAVE IT ON WHEN WE WERE OUT OF THE ROOM SO THAT IT COULD BE SOMEWHAT COLD WHEN WE RETURNED. I NORMALLY DONT DO THAT TO CONSERVE ENERGY. LITTLE FRIDGE DIDNT WORK SO WE COULD NOT STORE LEFTOVERS IN IT OR GET ANY PASTRIES TO TAKE HOME W US. BUT HONESTLY OTHER THAN THIS I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
