Exceptional
Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff. Make sure to insist on a renovated room
Liked: The pool and the views, and the overall feeling was fantastic.
Disliked: I was disappointed that even though they were not fully booked, they initially gave us a crappy unrenovated room that smelled like mould. However, once we complained, they gave us a more newly renovated lovely room without any additional charge. They should definitely not rent out the low end rooms that are in need of renovation at the price they are charging and the luxury image they portray. Outside of that our stay was absolutely perfect.
Disliked: Beautiful amazing and clean hotel. One point though 5 star hotel with no coffee/ tea facilities was a little frustrating
We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. We would defiantly stay there again
Liked: we loved our up graded room. The location was perfect and the pool was very relaxing
Disliked: We had an upgraded room. however, the door kept on getting stuck because it was nearly painted and dis aligned There were several times we could not get in easily
Best thing is you can do nothing and still enjoy in this hotel
