Amazing staff, wonderful accommodations, and a great location
Liked: The location was perfect, the room was incredible, and the staff and owners were magnificent.
Disliked: We did have a little issue with the GPS not directing us exactly to the location. Even when the hotel staff dropped us a pin it didn’t match the actual location. Luckily we weren’t far away and the staff did come and pick us up!
Really bad experience
Liked: We reserved 2 rooms. The standard room was extremely small, and it was impossible to freely move in the room. We told them that our air conditioning was not properly working in our deluxe room, and they said they would fix it but they did not return to solve the problem. Besides the receptionist, the staff was not helpful. During our 10 day Italy trip we drank the most expensive bottle of water in this hotel, even though we’ve dined in the best restaurants.
Peaceful convenient easy picturesque and comfortable stay in a beautiful place well worth the visit
Liked: The location in Anna capri is perfect et right by chair lift busses and the town. Our room t family room was perfect with a jacuzzi outside. We had bathrobes to dry off and a lot of details showed caps etc. staff very accommodating. Booked us a beautiful restaurant in Lemmon trees
Disliked: Only complaint is if I could have had a mirror in the alcove in the main bedroom

Liked: The property is close to town and bus stops which makes transportation and access to the main areas easy and convenient. The property is beautiful and well kept.

Please note that the hot tube has no water heating.
The property is located beside the track of the cableway. The chairlift goes through the estate for a few meters, but the lift is running only from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are unable to change the path of the lift.
The hot tubs are open from May 15th to September 30th and may not be accessible in case of adverse weather conditions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
