    Bad customer service

Liked: The amenities such as the internet, electrical outlets, lights, etc, were all adequate, and the room was clean.

Disliked: The bed was too soft. The shower head of the "falling water" type (so no control over where the jet of water is directed). Breakfast was standard wrapped (unhealthy) stuff, carbs and sugar. The worst part of the experience was the "self-check-in". Not only the need to go through an unusually complicated process (having to send photos of my ID via the internet, receiving several codes to open this or that door, etc), the worse was being humiliated and pressured by the staff over the phone: forced to apologize and beg for forgiveness simply because I said - in a very simple and straightforward manner - that this was perhaps the most complicated check-in process I had ever been through. She berated me and threatened to cancel my reservation which would have forced me to scramble and search for another room at 10 pm. Totally unnecessary extortion of an undeserved apology. I did nothing wrong yet I was treated badly. Besides that, the place is also hard to find, from the street, there is no clear signage, and the main door is hidden away in a corner of the inner courtyard with no signs.

    Relaxing and well located place

Liked: One of the most comfy beds I ever tried! I also wished I stayed there for longer, so enjoyable it was! Very good sound isolation, welcome gifts, breakfast was really nice, the common areas are cute, and the location is great, with lots of cafes and restaurants near by, within walking distance to the palace and the gardens (buy your tickets online), within walking distance to the train station.

Disliked: Just wish I stayed longer

    Very good

Liked: The location is perfect. Breakfast is OK. Very clean.

Disliked: Very thin walls. Curtains or panels to help absorb noise from each room would be desirable. There is little privacy.
