Exceptional
Ok for one night only
Liked: Not too far away from the palace.
Disliked: The surrounding area was quite rough. The hotel was not a villa or boutique. The room was rather worn and needed updating and refreshing. We were not happy getting a room with a connecting door as there is noise from the connecting room.
We were disappointed with our experience and will not choose this facility again
Liked: The room was spacious and the hotel was nice and clean
Disliked: The breakfast selection was very limited, and the hot breakfast items were consistently cold rather than hot One of the main inconveniences was the constant reliance on Google Translate to communicate with the staff, as translations are not always accurate. This language barrier made it difficult to order food and drinks and to ask for directions or assistance. Improving multilingual communication with guests would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and the quality of service provided

Liked: Good location to visit Caserta. Easy walk to town centre and palace. Close to station. Secure parking.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit more basic than the photos suggest. Only one pillow each. No extra towels provided for the pool.

Lovely place
Liked: A beautiful hotel a good 15 minute walk to the main restaurants turn left at the bottom of the road and keep walking straight across the train track to get to the nice part. Breakfast included though not much choice and service very slow asking for milk for cereals taking 10 minutes and only us in the restaurant.
