Very good
Liked: Friendly receptionist.
Disliked: I think we were placed in a room (116) where somebody smoked not long enough ago for it to go away completely. We checked in late and stayed for one night only, so decided not go to ask questions. There was also black mold in the bathroom.
It was a pleasant experience!
Liked: We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Sicily. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was quite good. Otherwise, no complaints!
Disliked: The only downside was having to pay extra for parking.
A bright, clean, comfortable stay with great staff and a convenient location
Liked: I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very positive experience. The whole hotel felt clean and full of natural light, and our room was equipped with a smart TV. I also appreciated the excellent bathroom products: from shampoo to conditioner and body wash, definitely above‑average quality. The staff were very accommodating: when we called in the morning to say we were running late for breakfast, they kindly allowed us to take some of the remaining items and drinks up to our room. The free outdoor parking was another plus and the location is very convenient, close to both the shopping centre and the outlet.
Disliked: The only downside was having to pay for the water in the minibar, which I would have expected to be complimentary. Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Look for something better, not worth the money at all
Liked: There were a lot of towels in the room and nice soap. Nothing else to like.
Disliked: The price of the hotel (188 EUR for a family) was way too much for what You get. The location is in a dingy area so that You do not want to go outside. Pool looks kind of dirty and not inviting. All the hotel is really run down - like a reflection of run down 70th hotel, the sofas in the lobby are torn and old. The room is also run down, but fortunately clean.
Front desks are nice,, attendees are nice
Liked: Food is not good,,, scheduled to close the breakfast but they stop serving some food especially bacon at 1000..looks like breakfast is limited.. need to replace restaurant t carpet, lots of black spots and with smell..room is nice but small, couch need to replace,, lots of faded, stains, ripped, and dirty..pool close at 2100...., attendees is nice,, front desk is nice especially Lailanni..we stayed at different Novotel but its more nicer..
Disliked: Restsurant Carpet, all sets of couch and breakfast food.
