Exceptional
Top location next to the Royal Palace of Caserta and very friendly staff
Liked: Top location next to the Royal Palace of Caserta. Very kind and responsive host, well organized,. Very nice nicely decorated B&B. A light breakfast is served in the room and they really care.
Disliked: It was very noisy and loud caused by traffic on the street as the room window was poorly isolated
Liked: Very nice accommodations. Light breakfast was well- balanced and considerate timing of our schedule was appreciated.
Disliked: N/A
I am so happy we stayed here!
Liked: The location was perfect and the staff was so kind!
Disliked: Our AC was hit or miss, but if we messaged, they fixed it right away
Liked: Great location, breakfast we had in our rooms as this was the only option. It had to be at a specific time so not overly flexible. Beautiful room, very comfortable
Disliked: The AC was not working on our initial room but soon sorted and we transferred to a nearby room.
Would not recommend
Liked: Good location to see the palace, no on site parking though so the property recommended a parking facility 500m away and as the property is within the ZTL, they require numberplate information in order that we could enter the ZTL for free. This is only a small issue as long to drop bags off and then park but still, for the price they charge, free onsite parking should be available.
Disliked: Mentioned above + the air con units are difficult to manage, albeit not impossible and the water to the apartments (we rented 3) was not turned on and I had to have a long conversation over text after midnight to sort the situation out.
Excellent location perhaps more spacious than a typical hotel in town, very attentive online support
Liked: I heard about the property from my friend that lives in town.
Disliked: It’s a great bed and breakfast and if you are staying a few days it’s perfect location. But if you are staying longer, the small shower or the same exact breakfast every day it’s exactly that much fun.
