Good restaurant, but the rooms need attention

Disliked: Heavy traffic noise (we had a room at the front) 2 dogs (agreeable, but smelly), general lack of care to the common areas (pool side tables never wiped, garbage bag in the corner, etc)
Liked: B&b Oliveto was the perfect stopping point for me on my way to Naples airport (30 mins away) after driving for 2.5 hours from Pescara. We were all blown away by the food at the attached restaurant. It was one of our more memorable dining experiences in Italy. Staff was very friendly as well. Thank you so much!

Liked: The location was fantastic right off of the freeway the rooms were delightful and very clean staff was very accommodating period we stayed two nights, went to Rome for a couple of days and then came back because we loved it so much
