  Liked: It was clean and everything was well organised

  Disliked: It’s just a 20 minutes walk from station. And the air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly. Also I booked a room with balcony but I got the room without it. But still the room was really nice and clean

  Good location to visit Reggia di Caserta

  Liked: Well equipped apartment, lady who showed us how to enter the apartment was a nice person.

  Disliked: Upon arrival it took a while untill we could check in (when you arrive on indicated time you don't expect to be waiting on the doorstep for 15 minutes untill instructions to enter are given). We booked the room with a balcony, but that was not available and we got the other apartment which has no possbility to go out. Apartment itself was ok, but with only one high-window it makes the apartment bit claustrofobic, that's why we are not satisfied: we booked intentionaly a room with balcony.
