Great apartment in a central location and a very responsive and caring management

Liked: Excellent location, spotless apartment serviced daily and excellent facilities, including a washing machine and drier. Had a medical issue which management responded quickly and achieved a successful result. Many thanks. A very enjoyable stay in Caserta

  Great location, needs tweeking

Liked: Great location, easy walk from Caserta Station, with a lift to the door. A little balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. Good shower and being able to use the washing machine was a plus. The host was pleasant about my late check in, and communicated well.

Disliked: A number of little things were disappointing. In the kitchen the top shelf of the cupboard was too high for me to reach (I'm 170cm- so not short) - so it would have been impossible to use the colander and large plates. The vegetable peeler was bent and unusable. The wash cloth was stained and the pot sponge was on its last legs. in the bathroom neither pump bottles for hand/body wash liquid worked. There was an ironing board but no iron. One of the two pillows was lumpy and needed replacing..
