  piacevole, tranquillo e accogliente

  Liked: lo staff era molto gentile e accogliente, ci hanno dato tutto ciò che ci serviva e non si sono mai rivolti in maniera ‘stufata’ anche quando ci ritiravamo a orari tardi o facevamo un po’ di rumore, molto molto gentili

  Disliked: era un po’ lontano dal centro di caserta, 15/20 minuti di macchina, quindi se si è senza macchina è un po’ difficile spostarsi sopratutto coi mezzi messi a disposizione dalla città, però per il resto tutto perfetto🥰

  Good

  Liked: Big parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are basic and a little dated but you don't need much more. Overall enjoyed the hotel and it had everything we needed. Stayed here for three nights.

  Disliked: The shower was a bit small for a person that's +1.80m. But that's just a small personal matter. It didn't bother that much.

  Fraud

  Liked: I am so sorry to have to tell that with such a bad experience I cannot think of something that I liked. However the night staff was kind.

  Disliked: If one “phones” the property before to book and ask “specifically” if a car that is full of luggage can be parked somewhere “safe” without having to collect the luggage….and if the answer is “yes no problem”…. One expects this to be true! Once at the property I was told that they could NOT assure me that leaving the car in the car park was safe and that could NOT even assure me that leaving the luggage in the hall of the hotel was totally safe…. Well it means that the original answer was a joke…. You are a fraud!

  Not worth it

  Liked: Clean rooms, pleasant location with lots of green around.

  Disliked: the location is nice but so far away from everything and here is no public transport. Taxis are also a rarity and only work during the day. There is a restaurant which is always closed, the breakfast is just coffee, normal cow milk (no vegetable milk options in 2023???), croissants and some pastries. I booked a double room and got given a twin. It was really cold as the heating was only on at night until 8 in the morning. The bathroom was frozen cold and showering was a joy. The price paid is not worth the money.

La Storia club is open every Saturday night from October until April. Please note that some rooms are exposed to noise during these nights.
